2. Walking Street Festival (3 days 3 nights, from midday to midnight)

- Entertainment activities from TV programs, radio stations, film production houses etc.
3. Free concerts at 3 stages (3 days, 6.00 p.m. till midnight)

- Green Stage: Easy Listening and Pop Jazz
- Blue Stage: Indy, Hip-hop, and R&B
4. TV broadcast
- Live broadcast on Modern Nine TV (21 March 2003 at 5.30 - 7.00 p.m.)
- Live broadcast on ITV (21 March 2003 at 9.30 p.m. - midnight.)
